To ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, we are committed to providing you with the best customer service.
Deliveries:
In order to make sure you get your delivery at a time that suits you, you can select a delivery slot when our delivery agents call you to confirm your order that has been placed.
We Deliver:
- Saturday till Thursday between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- all across United Arab Emirates
- International shipping is not available at the moment
Delivery Rates:
- We offer you a free delivery on all order above 200 AED
- Delivery of orders below 200 AED will be charged at the following rate: 25 AED to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. 30 AED to Al Fujairah
Concierge and Safe Space Policy:
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
Al Darmaky Contracting and Agriculture Materials LLC cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the customer
