Bushy, tree-like succulent with fleshy, segmented, bright green stems, with paler verical lines, and linear to linear-lance-shaped, short-lived leaves, 1.5cm long. In spring, produces terminal cymes, to 1cm across, of green cyathia cupped by paler involucres.
